We don't do credit searches, hard or soft. Renting a washing machine from us isn't a loan or finance product, so your credit history doesn't matter. All you need is a UK bank account for the direct debit.
Whether your old machine has just packed in, you've moved into a new rental, or you'd rather not spend £500 on something that might break, we'll have you washing again quickly. We're a local Retford business, so you'll speak to the same people who deliver and repair your machine.

When you're done (after 3 months), give 30 days' notice and we'll collect it free.

Free delivery from our Retford base to DN22 and the surrounding towns: Worksop, Gainsborough, Doncaster, Mansfield, Tuxford, Bawtry and the villages in between.
Postcodes we cover: DN22, DN10, S80, S81, NG22, DN21, LN6 (part).

Who can rent?
Anyone over 18 with a UK bank account and an address in our area.
Tenants & homeowners
Machine broken? Just moved in? Get a reliable replacement without a big upfront bill.
Landlords
Furnish a property without buying. Repairs are free, so there are no repair bills to deal with between tenancies.
Students
Split £25/month between housemates. In a 4-bed that's £6.25 each.

Why rent instead of buy?
A new washing machine costs £400–£600, plus delivery. When the warranty runs out, a single repair can cost £100–£150. Renting swaps that for one predictable monthly payment.

How does washing machine rental work?
Tell us your postcode and which machine you'd like. Set up a GoCardless direct debit — £25/month, £75/quarter or £228/year. We deliver it free, and you connect it yourself or with your own plumber (or we can fit it for an extra charge). If it ever breaks, we fix it free.
Is it cheaper to rent or buy a washing machine?
On the monthly plan, renting costs £325 in the first year (£50 upfront, then 11 × £25 — with the £25 deposit refunded). The annual plan is £228 a year. A decent new machine costs £400–£600 upfront, plus delivery and any repairs once the warranty ends. Renting spreads the cost and removes the risk of a big repair bill.
Is there a credit check?
No. We don't run hard or soft credit searches. Rental isn't a loan or finance product, so everyone is accepted, including people on Universal Credit or DSS.
What's the minimum rental period?
3 months. After that you can keep the machine for as long as you like, or cancel with 30 days' notice.
What brands do you offer?
Bosch, Hotpoint and Zanussi, in 7kg, 8kg and 9kg sizes. Machines are refurbished or new graded, and every one is tested before delivery.
