£25 a month, £75 every 3 months or £228 a year — your choice. On the monthly plan you pay £50 upfront: a £25 refundable deposit plus your first month. Delivery and repairs are free. Fitting is an optional extra if you'd like us to connect it.

We use GoCardless direct debit. Pick monthly (£50 upfront — £25 deposit + first month, then £25/month), quarterly (£75 every 3 months) or annual (£228 a year). Payments come out automatically on a date you choose. It works with any UK bank account, and you don't need a credit card.

Yes. GoCardless is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and is used by thousands of UK businesses. Every payment is protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, so if anything is taken in error you get a full, immediate refund from your bank.

On the monthly plan, renting costs £325 in the first year (£50 upfront, then 11 × £25 — with the £25 deposit refunded). The annual plan is £228 a year. A decent new machine costs £400–£600 upfront, plus delivery and any repairs once the warranty ends. Renting spreads the cost and removes the risk of a big repair bill.

No. We don't run hard or soft credit searches. Rental isn't a loan or finance product, so everyone is accepted, including people on Universal Credit or DSS.

Yes. Delivery is free across Retford (DN22), Worksop, Gainsborough, Doncaster, Mansfield and the villages in between. If you're not sure we cover you, send us your postcode.

Fitting isn't included. We deliver free and carry the machine in to where you want it. You can connect it yourself or use your own plumber; most machines just need a cold water tap and a drain. If you'd rather we fitted it, ask when you book. It's an extra charge and we'll give you a price first.

Bosch, Hotpoint and Zanussi, in 7kg, 8kg and 9kg sizes. Machines are refurbished or new graded, and every one is tested before delivery.

Tell us your postcode and which machine you'd like. Set up a GoCardless direct debit — £25/month, £75/quarter or £228/year. We deliver it free, and you connect it yourself or with your own plumber (or we can fit it for an extra charge). If it ever breaks, we fix it free.

Email us and we'll repair or replace it free of charge. We aim to sort it within 48 hours.

3 months. After that you can keep the machine for as long as you like, or cancel with 30 days' notice.

You can cancel any time after the first 3 months by giving 30 days' notice. We'll collect the machine for free.
