Choose your appliance
Pick a washing machine by size and brand: 7kg, 8kg or 9kg from Bosch, Hotpoint or Zanussi. We also rent tumble dryers. Not sure what you need? Tell us how many people are in your home and we'll suggest one.
Set up your GoCardless direct debit
Choose how to pay: monthly (£50 upfront — a £25 refundable deposit plus your first month, then £25/month), quarterly (£75 every 3 months) or annually (£228 a year). Collected automatically on a date that suits you, with bank-level security. No card needed and no card fees.

We deliver
Free delivery within DN22 and the surrounding areas, carried in to where you want it. Connect it yourself or use your own plumber. If you'd like us to fit it, just ask: it's an extra charge, and we'll quote you first.
We cover repairs
If it breaks, email us. Repairs and replacements are free, and we aim to sort it within 48 hours.
Keep it or cancel
The minimum term is 3 months. After that, keep it as long as you like or cancel with 30 days' notice and we'll collect it free.

How does washing machine rental work?
Tell us your postcode and which machine you'd like. Set up a GoCardless direct debit — £25/month, £75/quarter or £228/year. We deliver it free, and you connect it yourself or with your own plumber (or we can fit it for an extra charge). If it ever breaks, we fix it free.
Do you fit the washing machine?
Fitting isn't included. We deliver free and carry the machine in to where you want it. You can connect it yourself or use your own plumber; most machines just need a cold water tap and a drain. If you'd rather we fitted it, ask when you book. It's an extra charge and we'll give you a price first.
What happens if the machine breaks?
Email us and we'll repair or replace it free of charge. We aim to sort it within 48 hours.
Can I cancel early?
You can cancel any time after the first 3 months by giving 30 days' notice. We'll collect the machine for free.
Is GoCardless safe?
Yes. GoCardless is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and is used by thousands of UK businesses. Every payment is protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, so if anything is taken in error you get a full, immediate refund from your bank.
